James is a fully licenced Barrister & Solicitor and was first admitted to practice in 1998 and is now in his 20th year of practice. James established his Firm in 2001 and since then has appeared regularly in most Courts and Tribunals in and around the State of Tasmania. He has also appeared in other States of Australia in various Courts and Tribunals. James graduated in 1996 from the Univeristy of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws Degree, and completed his post graduate studies at the College of Law in Sydney.
